The Licensing Act is underpinned by the four licensing
objectives, namely:-

o The prevention of public nuisance
o The prevention of crime & disorder
o Public safety
o The protection of children from harm.

Taking these as a starting point, Pink Punters are to be commended for
introducing this neighbourhood policy document which very publicly
details their commitment to minimise their impact on their neighbours
whilst providing a safe environment for their customers
