As part of our safety and security improvement strategy, customers will be soon invited to become a PINK PUNTER.
Registration will aid identification and may assist staff making decisions on future permission to enter the venue.
For customers who are known to the venue, the registration will be straight forward, for customers who are not so well known or new, there will need to be verification by staff and a settling in period.
PINK PUNTER status will not be issued initially but after a minimum number of non incident/issue related visits.
